the worst stuff feels good actually

Here we’re back to some of the paraphrase poem stuff. I was thinking about one of the greatest contemporary poems, the AMC Theatres Monologue about how even heartbreak feels good in a place like this, and the more I thought about it and why she seems to be telling the truthiest truth in that moment and I was like… damn… the worst stuff feels good actually. And is that an honest thought? Is that a sort of she doth protest too much vibe? Is it cope? Who cares. Who is to say. Seems ultimately to just be the truth. If it wasn’t I wouldn’t be able to write it. I’m jb stink.
